Members were shown how to properly cut a hole on a flat roof and a 8 frame roof. Then we did some search and rescue drills. Then at the end we did scenarios like we would on a emergency.  <![CDATA[At 03:00 the company was dispatched to Seminole Av in ClayMont for the working house fire. Ladder 68(A.Brooks) with 8 arrived on scene and stood in the manpower pool. The ladder's crew stood by intill released by command and had us sent to their station to cover. Ladder 68 along with Rescue 40(Boothwyn) and Engine 236(Minquas) covered for about 25 minutes before being released by command.

The parade will be on September 29th and we are&nbsp;all looking to go up for the weekend from September 28-30. We need to know ASAP on how many members that are looking to attend so we can start getting everything together that we need.  <![CDATA[Around 6:00 in the morning Company 68 for engine 68 along with engine 57(Upland), Tower 49(Milmont), Airbank 70-8 (Leedom), RIT 45, Medic 102, Ambulance 02 and Ridley 7 were dispatched&nbsp;for&nbsp;the second alarm to assist company 12 (EddyStone) on a working house fire.68-1 (J.Clausen) with 4 arrived on scene and was told by command to assist company 70 on the roof. The crew from engine 68 assisted in pulling down the siding on the house and also assisted with overhaul. Units were on scene for almost 4 hours before being released by command.
2ND Assistant chief Ray Weed had the Seville Ave command
1ST ALARM: Company 12, engine and ladder 48, Pipeline 62, ladder 07, RIT 06, Medic 102A and 14-7
2ND ALARM: engine 57, engine 68, Tower 49, Airbank 70-8, RIT 45, Medic102, Ambulance 02 and Ridley 7

Originally a member of the Lennox Park Fire Company No.1, joining on January 15, 1960. Mr. &nbsp;Shertenilieb held the office of Assistant Fire Chief, as well as serving on many committees during his fire service career.
